Delivery Info

We offer FREE DELIVERY on all orders over €40 ex vat in ROI

All orders under €40ex vat are subject to a €6 delivery charge.

We use express courier delivery service. Certain items such as salon furniture or large equipment will require a separate delivery quotation.

Next Working Day Delivery is available on all orders placed before 11am Monday to Thursday and subject to stock availability.

Unfortunatly some items will take longer to deliver and delays may sometimes occur, but we will always keep you informed of the expected delivery date.

At the time of delivery you may be required to sign for your order on the delivery of the products, after which time the products become your responsibility.

Style Parlor can accept NO responsibility for circumstances outside of our control or transport delays causing late delivery.

Returns

We will accept a product for return or exchange only within 14 days of purchase.

The product must be in original condition and packaging, unopened, unused and accompanied by a copy of your receipt. We will inspect a product before approval on return or exchange. Customer is responsible for a return postage.

Delivery charges will not be refunded in the case of a return, except in the case of damaged goods.

If an error has been made with the order we will refund the cost of the order and the delivery.

If product is faulty, notify Style Parlor within 24 hours and keep all original packaging. Our customer support representative will help you to arrange a return or exchange of the defective product.

Exclusions on Returns

For hygiene reasons, we will NOT accept any returns or exchanges on following items:

  • Hair Brushes/Combs, 
  • Hair Extensions, 
  • Cosmetics and Make Up Products, 
  • Scissors, 
  • Beauty Implements,
  • Trimmers. 

Damaged Products

Style Parlor is NOT responsible for damages incurred during transportation to delivery address. Customer has to notify the delivery man of the damage and contact the delivery company in order to inform them about the damage and place a claim.
